But SDSU’s Damontae Kazee intercepted Cal’s Davis Webb (5TDs, 3ints) with nine seconds left.. Pumphrey gutted the California defense for 281 rushing yards and three touchdowns (the fifth best rushing performance in school history) while the Aztecs turned three Cal turnovers into 21 points. Cal made it interesting late, recovering an onside kick with less than a minute to play and a chance to pull out a win
